Donations Policy

To Friends of Catholic Charities and All People of Good Will:

2009 saw us provide service to 45,828 of our poorest and most vulnerable people in Northwest Florida. I would like to bring to your attention three families we served this year. All three of these stories are featured in our 2009 Annual Report.

After 16 years of marriage and prayer, it was Catholic Charities’ adoption program that brought baby Chase to Mark and Sonya. God answered their prayers and filled their hearts with love.

Tara suffered through years of drug and alcohol addiction, but she and her new baby found restoration at St. Barnabas House. It was Catholic Charities that provided “a wonderful stepping stone for a new life” and Tara is now sober, working, a new car owner, attending church and making new friends.

“Swallowed in the pit of poverty” for years, Jennifer, her husband and her children now own their own home. The Bridges to Circles program provided “allies” and a sense of community to “bridge” Jennifer to a nursing degree and help her family gain financial independence.

As you consider your end of the year gifts, please put Catholic Charities of Northwest Florida at the top of your list. We make a difference in the lives of those who need us most. Please click on the “DONATE” button below to make a safe and secure donation. You can designate your gift to your nearest Regional Office. Also, you can send a check by mail to the Regional Office nearest you.

May the Blessings of our Lord and Savior be with you and your families this Christmas season and throughout the New Year.
